At Be Well & Blossom Counseling, we offer individual therapy via Telehealth addressing the individualized needs of each client. Initial Consultation

Clients will discuss their presenting issues for seeking therapy and explore recommendations for mental health services.

Individual Therapy

Clients will increase their insight into the underlying issues impacting daily functioning and develop coping techniques to manage stressors effectively.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

A model of therapy exploring the connection between maladaptive thoughts, emotions and behaviors where clients are able to develop healthier thought patterns, emotional responses and behaviors.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing
